寫(xiě)作檢核表
1. 關(guān)于標(biāo)題
是否有標(biāo)題?標(biāo)題是否符合文章內(nèi)容?標(biāo)題是否太大,太空?標(biāo)題寫(xiě)法是否正確?
2. 關(guān)于文體
是否過(guò)于口語(yǔ)化?有些個(gè)人書(shū)信該用口語(yǔ)體時(shí)又是否用了太正規(guī)的書(shū)面語(yǔ)?
3. 關(guān)于結(jié)構(gòu)
結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理?全文是否不止一段?是否完整,包括開(kāi)頭、正文和結(jié)尾?全文邏輯是否清晰?相對(duì)全文而言,開(kāi)頭或結(jié)尾是否太長(zhǎng)?
4. 關(guān)于段落
每一段是否有topic sentence?是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了unity(統(tǒng)一性),即每段只講一個(gè)內(nèi)容? 文章coherence(連貫性)如何?是否運(yùn)用了一些transition(過(guò)渡)手段?
段落中是否包含了不相關(guān)的論據(jù)?每一段中的論據(jù)能支持該段的主題句嗎?論據(jù)的安排是否按照一定的維度或?qū)蛹?jí)結(jié)構(gòu)?
5. 關(guān)于表達(dá)
句子的形式是否多樣化?文中是否用到了大學(xué)階段的單詞和短語(yǔ)?是否偶爾用到強(qiáng)調(diào)句、倒裝句、諺語(yǔ)、名人名言、修辭手法?時(shí)態(tài)、人稱、數(shù)上是否一致?拼寫(xiě)、語(yǔ)法方面是否有錯(cuò)誤?大小寫(xiě)和標(biāo)點(diǎn)方面是否有錯(cuò)誤?
要避免的低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤
文中夾雜漢字;用了頓號(hào)、書(shū)名號(hào);句子中間到處打點(diǎn);Take sth. as an example.后用逗號(hào);Because從句單獨(dú)使用;阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字、年代小寫(xiě);寫(xiě)信時(shí)日期寫(xiě)在信尾,還采用中國(guó)式寫(xiě)法;用了call 110/120等中國(guó)特有的號(hào)碼; 將祈使句誤用為激勵(lì)自己;書(shū)名、電影名未用斜體。
