第一篇：請(qǐng)假條作文

本人于____年____月____日的預(yù)產(chǎn)期，經(jīng)醫(yī)生建議，定于xx-xx年____月____日提前待產(chǎn)，特從xx-xx年____月____日開始請(qǐng)假，期限為_____天，請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)予批準(zhǔn)，謝謝!

因事或病不能到校上課或上班或參加活動(dòng)，向有關(guān)人員請(qǐng)假的條子，叫請(qǐng)假條或叫假條。

假條的格式由標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文、落款等部分組成，具體寫作方法如下：

標(biāo)題：“請(qǐng)假條”三字寫在第一行中間位置。

稱呼：在第二行頂格寫明向誰(shuí)請(qǐng)假。寫給收條人的稱呼同一般書信。一般都是向頂頭上司或老師請(qǐng)假。具體寫法是在姓后面加上職務(wù)，如“陳主任”，“王科長(zhǎng)”，“張老師”等，后用冒號(hào)。

正文：寫清請(qǐng)假的緣由，請(qǐng)假的起止時(shí)間。在第三行空兩格寫起。最后常以“請(qǐng)予準(zhǔn)假”，“此致敬禮”，“不勝感激”等用語(yǔ)結(jié)束。

落款：署名和日期的寫法同一般書信。在右下方署上請(qǐng)假人姓名。姓名下方標(biāo)注請(qǐng)假日期。

要寫好請(qǐng)假條.必須注意以下幾點(diǎn)：①請(qǐng)假原因要具體清楚，不能含糊其辭，模棱兩可。②如果遇到突發(fā)事情來不及請(qǐng)假，可請(qǐng)人將請(qǐng)假條捎給收條人。如果是事先知道的事情應(yīng)提前向有關(guān)人員請(qǐng)假，得到批準(zhǔn)方可。一般請(qǐng)假人不應(yīng)起級(jí)請(qǐng)假。③請(qǐng)假時(shí)間一定要寫清楚，便于有關(guān)人員考慮和安排。④請(qǐng)假人在假期滿后應(yīng)主動(dòng)銷假，假條不必收回。

i have to ask for a leave for three days , because my mother is badly ill and needs me to take care of her , besides , my father cannt look after her nom.seogis.comy father took me to see a doctor this morning, and the doctor looked me over carefully and gave me some medicine. he also advised me to stay in bed for a day. so i can"t go to school today. i hope i"ll get m.seogis.comy parents, i should of back to assethe situation, and help them to get over these difficulties. though i cannot stay at home for too long a time, i should at least make arrangements for repair m.seogis.comy mom m.seogis.come to stay in bed and have a good rest. so i ask for leave for tm.seogis.come for not attending school today thank you!li hua.
