工程部201*年工作總結(jié)

201*年工程部在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，各部門協(xié)助與配合下，通過(guò)全體員工的努力，積極做好設(shè)備保障運(yùn)行，能源和維修費(fèi)用控制，較好地完成了年度計(jì)劃任務(wù)。201*年隨著三期工程的交付使用，酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，工程部將加大對(duì)能源的管理和設(shè)備保障工作，積極開(kāi)拓思路，尋求更加有效地管理模式。為總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，查找不足，以便做好明年的工作，現(xiàn)將11年的工作簡(jiǎn)要匯報(bào)如下：

一、費(fèi)用指標(biāo)完成情況

201*年1-11月份能源475萬(wàn)元，其中（康樂(lè)1-3月費(fèi)用17萬(wàn)元）占收入5175萬(wàn)元的11%，較計(jì)劃758萬(wàn)元減少283萬(wàn)元，201*年1-11月能源585萬(wàn)元，同比減少110萬(wàn)元。（康樂(lè)1-11月費(fèi)用98萬(wàn)元）

201*年-11年1月-11月酒店總能源使用對(duì)比：用電量233萬(wàn)度，較計(jì)劃400萬(wàn)度減少167萬(wàn)度，較去年同期284萬(wàn)度減少51萬(wàn)度；

用水量5.5萬(wàn)立方，較計(jì)劃15萬(wàn)立方減少9.5萬(wàn)立方，較去年同期7.4萬(wàn)立方減少1.9萬(wàn)立方；

廚房天然氣量9.1萬(wàn)立方，較計(jì)劃15萬(wàn)立方減少5.9萬(wàn)立方；較去年同期11萬(wàn)立方減少1.9萬(wàn)立方；

蒸汽量3282立方，較去年同期3753立方減少471立方；空調(diào)天然氣量46745立方。較去年同期44710立方增加2035立方；

11年冬季供暖全部使用天然氣。二、11年主要工作完成情況

1、正門轉(zhuǎn)門維修及更換轉(zhuǎn)輪和軸承。

2、衛(wèi)星電視機(jī)柜由總機(jī)移至二十層電梯機(jī)房，改善信號(hào)質(zhì)量。

3、檢修制作間排煙風(fēng)機(jī)，維修舊轉(zhuǎn)籠節(jié)約資金5000元。4、調(diào)整4層燈光控制，完善酒店的亮化工程。5、海鮮池展柜調(diào)整位，檢修使用正常。6、西側(cè)地溝內(nèi)消防管道更換。

7、配合保安部更換消防中心電視增衛(wèi)運(yùn)行10年。8、檢修蒸汽換熱設(shè)備，做到確保供暖正常。9、檢修電腦房UPS電源，更換電池21塊。

10、對(duì)酒店高壓設(shè)備做預(yù)防性試驗(yàn)，確保酒店供電正常和安全運(yùn)行。

11、檢修客房門鎖、集控保養(yǎng)，改造空調(diào)控制。12、配合酒店施工改造，做好能源的控制和拆除，及施工用水、電的管理。

13、跟進(jìn)施工進(jìn)度，了解施工質(zhì)量，多提合理化建議。14、做好鍋爐工的培訓(xùn)取證工作，確定把安全工作放在首位。

15、調(diào)整鍋爐運(yùn)行方式，最大限度節(jié)能和降低運(yùn)行成本。三、內(nèi)部管理情況

嚴(yán)格酒店各項(xiàng)管理制度，同時(shí)制定部門內(nèi)部考核制度，獎(jiǎng)勤罰懶，多勞多得。

1、堅(jiān)持班前班后會(huì)，加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)教育，對(duì)維修項(xiàng)目隨報(bào)隨修，下班前對(duì)維修進(jìn)行清查和跟蹤。

2、逢節(jié)假日、重大活動(dòng)，召開(kāi)全體人員會(huì)議，落實(shí)計(jì)劃內(nèi)容，明確責(zé)任人，確保完成工作任務(wù)。

3、親情管理、主動(dòng)談心，了解員工在想什么有什么事情需要幫助。解決員工后顧之憂。

4、鼓勵(lì)員工參與管理，積極參與技術(shù)革新、改造，全年提出合理化建議10余條。

5、客房實(shí)行萬(wàn)能工管理制度。四、能源管理、誰(shuí)備管理方面

在本年度，能源價(jià)格又有新的調(diào)整，其中電費(fèi)上調(diào)0.0378元，電費(fèi)有較大增加。工程部加強(qiáng)能源使用及管理，杜絕跑、冒、滴、漏，及時(shí)更換節(jié)能產(chǎn)品。加強(qiáng)能耗巡檢及分拆，做到每天抄表、每天分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)解決，不定期對(duì)酒店各部門進(jìn)行檢查。做好設(shè)備勤維護(hù)，并指導(dǎo)使用部門愛(ài)護(hù)設(shè)備，正確使用與保養(yǎng)，減少不必要的維修費(fèi)用。

在維修過(guò)程中，抓好替代產(chǎn)品的使用。及時(shí)解決設(shè)備的維修難題，想法做好技術(shù)改造，確保經(jīng)營(yíng)需要。努力改善設(shè)施設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況，幾年不能解決的問(wèn)題，得到了較好解決方

法。（如客房熱水問(wèn)題、餐飲制冰機(jī)、西餐廳排煙等問(wèn)題）。五、優(yōu)秀員工工作表現(xiàn)

1、空調(diào)班祝淑琴技術(shù)好，工作認(rèn)真，帶領(lǐng)空調(diào)班完成酒店空調(diào)、鍋爐的保養(yǎng)和運(yùn)行工作。全年安全運(yùn)行無(wú)事故。

2、維修班馬川州工作吃苦耐勞，積極帶頭，團(tuán)結(jié)同事。一致受到同事們和經(jīng)營(yíng)部門好評(píng)。

3、電工班王磊工作認(rèn)真，獨(dú)擋一面，攻克性強(qiáng)，受到同事好評(píng)。

4、萬(wàn)能工龐海晏在客房工作期間，任勞任怨、一人承擔(dān)二人工作，較好完成客房維修任務(wù)。

六、存在問(wèn)題

1、因建筑結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題，生活水二次供水無(wú)消毒設(shè)備，水質(zhì)不穩(wěn)地。

2、員工主動(dòng)節(jié)能意識(shí)有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)

3、由于計(jì)量表的分布及數(shù)量不合理，給能源消耗控制與分析帶來(lái)不便

4、酒店人員流動(dòng)頻繁，對(duì)設(shè)備的使用維護(hù)進(jìn)行的不到位，使用培訓(xùn)有待加強(qiáng)。

5、二期新增空調(diào)系統(tǒng)（風(fēng)冷機(jī)組）利用率低，造成浪費(fèi)。

七、201*工作計(jì)劃

1、201*年能源費(fèi)用計(jì)劃558萬(wàn)元，維修費(fèi)用計(jì)劃77萬(wàn)

元。

2、繼續(xù)完善設(shè)施設(shè)備的管理、監(jiān)督和培訓(xùn)，對(duì)操作人員進(jìn)行專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命。

3、隨著能源價(jià)格的上漲，酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)成本增加，能源管理勢(shì)必更加細(xì)化，部門加強(qiáng)能源的管理。

4、酒店一期經(jīng)營(yíng)已經(jīng)8年，部分設(shè)施的更新列入計(jì)劃，例如：電腦顯示器、餐飲部分制冷設(shè)備、廚具、店標(biāo)、涼水塔填料，東門雨棚、車場(chǎng)理石地面、eps應(yīng)急電源、監(jiān)控等。直燃機(jī)為原大廈設(shè)備，已經(jīng)運(yùn)行14年，其中3號(hào)直燃機(jī)銅管泄漏，需列入大修理計(jì)劃

5、二次供水增加消毒設(shè)備，確保二次供水安全。6、神鳥(niǎo)工程安全維修處理7、工程太陽(yáng)能熱水系統(tǒng)安裝8、公寓7樓屋面防水工作9、。鍋爐余熱回收裝安裝。

10、增加客房高低區(qū)熱水備用交換罐。11、冷卻塔填料更換12、餐飲增加新風(fēng)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)13、配合酒店三期工程改造。

14、繼續(xù)配合淄博店做好設(shè)施的管理和改造工作五、建議

1、針對(duì)前期工程存在的防水問(wèn)題，三期工程應(yīng)加強(qiáng)管理，確保工程質(zhì)量

2、10-20層客房的存在問(wèn)題較多，建議對(duì)此區(qū)域逐步進(jìn)行停業(yè)改造

3、通過(guò)多年的節(jié)能工作，基本上將水電氣降低到了一個(gè)較低的水平，要想繼續(xù)降低或保持降低的能耗水平，將節(jié)能工作常抓不懈，就要尋找新的節(jié)能途徑，比如太陽(yáng)能等，堅(jiān)持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析，杜絕高耗能設(shè)備的使用。

4、三期工程在保證工程質(zhì)量的前提下，完善計(jì)量裝的配備，以便更好地對(duì)能耗進(jìn)行分析與控制
