為期半個(gè)月的餐廳服務(wù)員培訓(xùn)班結(jié)束了。為了今后更好地進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)班的管理組織工作，現(xiàn)將此次培訓(xùn)班的組織管理工作作一小結(jié)，以便今后更好地為培訓(xùn)班的工作管理積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)將工作總結(jié)如下：

一、宣傳、組織發(fā)動(dòng)招生工作

通過(guò)向社會(huì)發(fā)放宣傳單頁(yè)，讓更多的人和社會(huì)了解餐廳服務(wù)員的現(xiàn)有狀況和舉辦餐廳服務(wù)員培訓(xùn)班的重要性，通過(guò)培訓(xùn)是提高松陽(yáng)餐廳服務(wù)員隊(duì)伍業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和基本技能的基本途徑。讓更多的餐廳服務(wù)員執(zhí)證上崗，為松陽(yáng)餐廳服務(wù)員隊(duì)伍健康、有序的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)，執(zhí)證上崗是未來(lái)的趨勢(shì)，因此通過(guò)形式多樣的宣傳渠道進(jìn)行宣傳發(fā)動(dòng)。

1、由西屏中心成技校向所屬各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)成技校下放餐廳服務(wù)員培訓(xùn)班通知。

2、由西屏成技校各教師向社會(huì)發(fā)放餐廳服務(wù)員培訓(xùn)班通知。因此，通過(guò)多種渠道進(jìn)行宣傳，招生宣傳到位，此培訓(xùn)班共招生74名學(xué)員。

二、培訓(xùn)班管理工作

通過(guò)前期的宣傳發(fā)動(dòng)工作，于5月底確定了培訓(xùn)班的學(xué)員名單，于6月2日順利進(jìn)行了開(kāi)班典禮。農(nóng)業(yè)局和教育局的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都到會(huì)發(fā)言，并向?qū)W員提出了殷切希望，學(xué)員代表曾春曉也向在座的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表了態(tài)，表示各位學(xué)員一定不會(huì)辜負(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師的厚望，好好學(xué)

習(xí)餐廳服務(wù)員基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和技能，爭(zhēng)取以優(yōu)異的成績(jī)來(lái)回報(bào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和社會(huì)。

培訓(xùn)班共培訓(xùn)15天，理論考試和實(shí)踐考試各半天完成，培訓(xùn)班組織管理成績(jī)顯著，74位學(xué)員，參加考證74名，考證合格74名，合格率為100%。

1、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)同班主任在開(kāi)班典禮后及時(shí)研究成立了班委會(huì)，由班委會(huì)監(jiān)督管理培訓(xùn)班學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)情況。由班主任親自抓好學(xué)員的出勤簽到工作，嚴(yán)肅學(xué)員出勤，健立嚴(yán)格的請(qǐng)假制度，把出勤與考核、評(píng)先進(jìn)學(xué)員掛勾，充分使學(xué)員認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，因此每天培訓(xùn)學(xué)員的出勤率都達(dá)到98.6%以上。

2、及時(shí)與任課教師加強(qiáng)橫向聯(lián)系，及時(shí)發(fā)放各種培訓(xùn)資料，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，掌握餐廳服務(wù)員基本知識(shí)和基本技能，及時(shí)組織學(xué)員加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí)。

3、積極鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員每天參加培訓(xùn)，正確處理好工學(xué)矛盾。學(xué)校研究給學(xué)員每天中午發(fā)放快餐券，為學(xué)員解決了培訓(xùn)期間的就餐困難。

4、班主任經(jīng)常給學(xué)員灌輸安全教育，蹦緊安全一根弦，教育學(xué)員注意上學(xué)和放學(xué)途中的安全，把安全工作放在重中之重的位置，到培訓(xùn)結(jié)束沒(méi)有發(fā)生過(guò)安全事故，全體學(xué)員都高高興興地參加培訓(xùn)，開(kāi)開(kāi)心心地回家團(tuán)聚。

5、班主任經(jīng)常與學(xué)員座談，加強(qiáng)學(xué)員的思想工作，交流彼此的心得，貼近學(xué)員，急學(xué)員之所急，想學(xué)員之所想，讓學(xué)員安心地參加培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)。

三、檔案資料收集管理

1、及時(shí)讓學(xué)生填寫(xiě)學(xué)員基本情況，及時(shí)上交身份證復(fù)印件和照片。

2、及時(shí)做好學(xué)員登記表和檔案表，并及時(shí)與學(xué)員本人進(jìn)行核對(duì)，確保資料正確性、完整性。

3、認(rèn)真填好職業(yè)技能學(xué)員名冊(cè)（電子表格）和職業(yè)技能鑒定登記表，及時(shí)上交勞動(dòng)局，以便考證之用。

4、積極收集各種學(xué)習(xí)資料，與學(xué)員進(jìn)行縱向交流，使每位學(xué)員都有學(xué)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí)資料，為學(xué)員復(fù)習(xí)迎考作好充分準(zhǔn)備。

總之，培訓(xùn)班工作千頭萬(wàn)緒，需要班主任不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最根本的在于學(xué)員正確處理工學(xué)矛盾，認(rèn)真安心地參加培訓(xùn)，那么成績(jī)肯定是喜人的。今后，只有不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷完善培訓(xùn)班管理工作，想學(xué)員所想，急學(xué)員所急，為松陽(yáng)的餐飲服務(wù)業(yè)工作培訓(xùn)增磚添瓦。那么松陽(yáng)的餐飲服務(wù)業(yè)工作才會(huì)走向新的一片藍(lán)天。
