201*年個人工作總結(jié)
緊張而忙碌的201*年即將就要結(jié)束了,回顧這一年來的工作,有許多的收獲和體會?头坎康娜w員工克服了重重困難,發(fā)揚不怕苦、不怕累的精神,完成了飯店下達的營業(yè)指標。接待了世博論壇、等重要客人。作為領(lǐng)班每天認真地完成上級布置的各項工作要求,做好客房衛(wèi)生檢查和員工工作督導,確?头康募皶r出租,為飯店增加收入做出了盡自己的一份努力。
一、切實履實職責,完成上級交辦的各項工作:在工作中,我雖然只是充當一名普通領(lǐng)班的角色,但我的工作絕不是查查房那么簡單,如果將一間清潔的客房比作一件產(chǎn)品的話,其實我就好比是一個產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢查員。查房時嚴把質(zhì)量關(guān),加強細節(jié)方面檢查力度,如地毯污跡、床下、柜下衛(wèi)生等容易疏忽的地方,堅持當班空房“一天一過”制度,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)存在問題并及時解決,力爭將疏漏降到最低。
二、改變工作方法:部門新進的員工做房速度較慢,且衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量差錯較多,要求自己盡可能少一點抱怨,每個問題都有落實。盡量做到事事落實到人,件件有反饋,我不是采取簡單的責令其整改,而是詳細記錄在其工作單上,新員工幫助員工分析發(fā)生問題的原因,找出解決問題的方法,演示操作方法,如套枕套的技巧、鋪床技巧等避免類似問題的重復出現(xiàn)。也是我今年工作較以前的一個改變。
三、協(xié)助主管提高員工對客服務質(zhì)量,強化服務意識;對員工服務質(zhì)量做好現(xiàn)場輔導工作,協(xié)同班組做好員工培訓工作。督導落實情況,確保新員工掌握技能的同時,并且增強對客服務技能技巧。
四、做好服務工作的同時關(guān)心員工,做到團結(jié)友愛、相互幫助、共同進步。在日常工作中了解員工的個性,講話方式,身體狀況。避免因工作忙碌、身體狀況欠佳等情況產(chǎn)生厭煩的情緒從而影響工作,有時遇見員工感冒時主動幫助她們鋪床等,使員工從思想放下包袱,從而認真的投入到工作中。
201*年即將過去,我將會調(diào)整好心態(tài)迎接新的挑戰(zhàn),我將一如繼往,為飯店的發(fā)展盡自己的一份綿薄之力。
