本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任八年級的英語教學(xué)工作。作為一直從事中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的我,雖了解到了一些教學(xué)教法,但在實際的教育教學(xué)中,我深深感覺到教中學(xué)英語之難之累,真是“苦在其身樂在其心”。現(xiàn)對八年級第二學(xué)期我的英語教學(xué)工作作一總結(jié),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,尋找不足,以促進今后的教學(xué)工作取得更大進步。一、教學(xué)情況

(一)學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)。

為了使我的英語教學(xué)適應(yīng)新時期英語教學(xué)要求、樹立起新的育人理念,我們英語組認(rèn)真對《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進行了研讀,了解了目前英語課程改革的目的、掌握了目前英語改革的重點、明確了英語課程各級的總目標(biāo)和各內(nèi)容的分級目標(biāo)、理解了英語教學(xué)原則、重點對八年級學(xué)生在社交常用口語、情景對話練習(xí)以及單詞語法掌握方面為教學(xué)重點,以國家九年制義務(wù)教育英語教學(xué)大綱為原則,認(rèn)真有序地開展英語教學(xué)。(二)扎實備課,理清教學(xué)思路。

備課是課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時做到了以下幾點:

1、課前備課,做到“有備而來”。我認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參書,既備教材、教法,又備學(xué)生。結(jié)合學(xué)生的實際和教材的內(nèi)容,既要考慮知識的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知的橫向銜接;既要突出重點,又要突破難點;既要體現(xiàn)出完整的教學(xué)過程,又要注意

好各環(huán)節(jié)的過渡自然。并制作了各種有趣的教具,如:單詞卡片、實物(圖片)、頭飾等教具為課堂教學(xué)做好服務(wù)。2、課中備課,靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動。我通過游戲引入新課教學(xué)時,為了不打消學(xué)生的積極性,我在實施教學(xué)的時候,總是盡量設(shè)計一些簡單易操作的游戲及活動,將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開,把枯燥乏味的課堂變?yōu)樯鷦佑腥ぁ翱鞓繁ぁ?讓他們在快樂中學(xué)習(xí),在玩中獲得新知,通過反復(fù)的趣味操練(如:唱、演、玩、畫、涂色、做手工等形式)來鞏固所學(xué)新知。在活動中學(xué)生們都樂于參與,充分調(diào)動了學(xué)生們的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學(xué)效果良好。

3、課后備課,總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。每上完一單元,我都及時對該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,寫出教學(xué)后記,肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學(xué)工作打下基礎(chǔ)。(三)認(rèn)真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本。

《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出“讓學(xué)生在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式,實現(xiàn)任務(wù)的目標(biāo),感受成功!边@便要求,英語課的教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,提高他們對詞匯、句型的聽說認(rèn)讀和語言實際運用的能力。為此,我在實際的課堂教學(xué)中做了以下幾點:1、巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學(xué)我首先通過做游戲、唱英語歌來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生融洽在學(xué)習(xí)英語的氛圍內(nèi)。2、圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點,充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發(fā)學(xué)生,使學(xué)生帶著明

確的任務(wù)目標(biāo),并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動參與學(xué)習(xí)獲取新知過程,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時,我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,力爭讓他們學(xué)了就懂,懂了會用,培養(yǎng)他們認(rèn)讀的能力。在學(xué)習(xí)新知的同時,還適時對他們進行思想教育。3、游戲活動,鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后,抓住學(xué)生爭強好勝的心理,通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開;為了尊重學(xué)生的個體差異,營造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)。

二、教學(xué)心得

第一,確立與新課程相適應(yīng)的教育觀念。

學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,老師不能代替學(xué)生讀書,代替學(xué)生感知,代替學(xué)生觀察、分析、思考,代替學(xué)生明白任何一個道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。老師只能讓學(xué)生自己讀書,自己感受事物,自己觀察、分析、思考,從而明白任何一個道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。于是我改變“一言堂”,把課堂還給學(xué)生,形成師生交往、積極互動、共同發(fā)展的教學(xué)過程。第二,使學(xué)生明白學(xué)習(xí)目的。

要學(xué)好英語,首先要使學(xué)生認(rèn)識到學(xué)這一語言的目的和意義。眾所周知,人類社會已經(jīng)進入了21世紀(jì),新的世界將是個充滿競爭和多變的世紀(jì),中國要在跨世紀(jì)的競爭中取得主動,中華民族要騰飛,要最終取決于優(yōu)秀科技人才的涌現(xiàn)。如果我們不懂英語,怎么去了解世界?就拿三亞來說,第55屆世界小姐競選在三亞舉行,許多外國游客來旅游。如果我們不會說英語,

也聽不懂他們說什么,就無法與他們交流,溝通,更談不上有商業(yè)交易了。只有學(xué)生自覺地把自己的理想與祖國的前途和命運聯(lián)系起來,才會對英語學(xué)習(xí)真正感興趣,這種興趣也有可能轉(zhuǎn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語的動力。因此我結(jié)合本地區(qū)學(xué)生的實際情況,通讀和節(jié)選教材,圍繞著最簡單、最基本、最常用的英語詞匯、句型、交際會話等進行教學(xué),使學(xué)生對英語產(chǎn)生興趣,形成學(xué)習(xí)動機。

第三,努力建立融洽的師生關(guān)系。

相對來說,初中生比小學(xué)生獨立性強,自尊心也逐漸增強,渴望得到尊重。師生之間只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好關(guān)系,從而促進學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。所以我必須樹立正確的學(xué)生觀,正確認(rèn)識學(xué)生的主體地位。我用自己滿腔的愛去關(guān)心、尊重學(xué)生,耐心細(xì)致地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,溝通和學(xué)生的思想感情,使自己成為學(xué)生歡迎和愛戴的人。上課時我是學(xué)生的老師,循循善誘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大膽求異創(chuàng)新;課后我卻成為他們的大姐和好朋友,無話不談,亮起心靈之光;生活上,我是他們的父母,關(guān)懷備至。

第四,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué),保持良好的教態(tài)。教師的教風(fēng)直接影響學(xué)生的學(xué)風(fēng)。駕駛的一言一行,無時無刻不在影響著學(xué)生。所以我提高自己的思想認(rèn)識和藹覺悟程度水平,做到愛崗敬業(yè),學(xué)而不厭,誨人不倦,為人師表,治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),還要保持良好的教態(tài)。老師的教學(xué)語言和教態(tài)對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)有直接的影響。老師的教態(tài)好,學(xué)生就喜歡,他們聽課的興趣就高,接受知識也快。反之,

學(xué)生就不喜歡,甚至討厭。特別是正處于青春期的初中生,看問題開始有可獨立的見解,對他們更要注意教態(tài)和教學(xué)語言的使用。如我介紹新句型時,我利用語言的輕重,語調(diào)的高低,和一定的動作表情,盡量引起學(xué)生的注意和興趣。當(dāng)學(xué)生回答問題時,我的表情變得自然親切,使促使感到老師對他們的信任,這樣學(xué)生就增添了勇氣,就能大膽地回答問題。三、努力方向

平時一方面抓緊時間備好課時學(xué)案,另一方面盡可能通過各種圖書資料網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源學(xué)習(xí)先進的教學(xué)方法和學(xué)課指導(dǎo)方法,更好地提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性,不斷地提高農(nóng)村學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)水平。

總之,一學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作自己付出了很多,收到的回報也不少:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任,使我精力充沛;同事的幫助,使我干勁十足;學(xué)生的渴求,使我信心倍增。我會努力填補自己在教學(xué)中的不足,不斷改進教學(xué)方法。積極開發(fā)和有效利用課程資源,更好的為英語教學(xué)服務(wù),力爭在今后的英語教學(xué)工作中取得更好的成績。
