研討課總結(jié)
本次研討課,歷時(shí)兩個(gè)月,現(xiàn)已經(jīng)圓滿結(jié)束,總結(jié)如下:第一、研討課主講教師準(zhǔn)備充分,認(rèn)真。從備課到上課所需教具等都做了很好的準(zhǔn)備,為生動(dòng)、形象、直觀講解教材起到很好的效果。
第二、在課前集體備課環(huán)節(jié)上,同科教師發(fā)言踴躍,給講課老師提出不少課堂設(shè)計(jì)建議,尤其對(duì)新教師幫助更大,講課教師進(jìn)行了中心發(fā)言,談自己要講課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),尤其要充分展示自己拿手絕活及新課改新教法訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目,很是盡心盡力。
第三、講課教師,在講所備研究課時(shí),發(fā)揮很出色,基本達(dá)到了自己的預(yù)想效果及設(shè)計(jì)要求,展示了自己的風(fēng)采,改進(jìn)了教法,收到了較好的效果。
第四、在評(píng)課環(huán)節(jié)上,同科老師開(kāi)誠(chéng)布公,暢所欲言,給主講教師提出很多很好的建議,對(duì)于今后教學(xué),無(wú)論是主講人,還是其他教師,都有很大幫助。
盡管如此,本次研討課也還存在一些問(wèn)題。
第一、新課改的精神領(lǐng)會(huì)不夠深刻,仍有穿新鞋走老路之態(tài),講的過(guò)多,讓學(xué)生活動(dòng)的相對(duì)較少。
第二、新教法,如分組討論還流于形式,沒(méi)有落到實(shí)處。只是徒有其架式,沒(méi)有起到應(yīng)有的討論氣氛和沒(méi)有很好的使多數(shù)學(xué)生真正發(fā)表見(jiàn)解,主動(dòng)參與。
教師講課,提出的問(wèn)題時(shí),沒(méi)有充分放手,讓學(xué)生表述自己的見(jiàn)
解,所給時(shí)間也不夠。
總之,本次研討課,主流還是起到了很好的研討效果,使大部分教師有了很大的收益。對(duì)今后的教學(xué)有了一個(gè)明確的導(dǎo)向作用。使多數(shù)老師明確了今后努力的方向。促使他們不斷從這一方向上去多自學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí),不斷完善和充實(shí)自己,為成為新一輪課改中“新教師”而去不懈努力。
