一、益處:

1.對老師的益處:a.督促老師必須把握學(xué)情,并根據(jù)學(xué)情設(shè)計學(xué)案,這樣學(xué)案才能保證使用效果。b.拓寬了老師的教學(xué)思路,為新學(xué)期教學(xué)方法的調(diào)整做了鋪墊,因為老師根據(jù)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)比拼的情況能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的優(yōu)點和學(xué)習(xí)上遇到的障礙。廢除了以往假期作業(yè)的盲目性和學(xué)生的應(yīng)付情況。c.開學(xué)后節(jié)省了不少寶貴的課時。方便了老師有正對性的進行大膽取舍。

2.對學(xué)生的益處:a.學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)潛能得到了極大的開發(fā),有些學(xué)習(xí)相對較弱的同學(xué)利用假期時間,根據(jù)學(xué)案內(nèi)容,對基礎(chǔ)知識特別是詞匯進行了一個大補習(xí),快速的趕上期其他同學(xué)。每個班都有這樣的同學(xué),比如六班的張猛同學(xué),經(jīng)過假期,詞匯扎實了許多,積極性上來了,成績明顯有了進步。當(dāng)然閱讀和理解的差距趕上來還需要些時日。b.各班都涌現(xiàn)了自主學(xué)習(xí)的積極分子,他們遇到問題,先積極想辦法自己查閱資料,仍無法解決的主動向老師求教。這次比拼難度不小,但我們最高分94,90分以上的同學(xué)不下10人,這還是比較理想的。c.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)、自我管理的能力得到了有效提升。

3.加強了教師與家長之間的溝通。本次假期自主學(xué)習(xí)成果比較理想,這要得益于放假前老師們的認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、學(xué)生家長會上對家長和學(xué)生進行的方法指導(dǎo),使我們老師的設(shè)計初衷能夠零距離傳達到家長。假期中仍有家長與老師交流孩子的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,非常支持老師的工作,關(guān)注學(xué)生的成績。二、與預(yù)期結(jié)果的不同:

1.尖子生的成績比預(yù)想的要突出。但年級平均分與預(yù)想有差距。因為,年級平均分必須有全部同學(xué)積極參與假期自主學(xué)習(xí)做保障。這次重點班、文科班總體表現(xiàn)很好,3、4班有超過三分之一的同學(xué)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)基本沒有落實,成績很不理想,四十分左右的同學(xué)還有二十幾名。

2.比拼試題中含有聽力,一個假期沒有聽了,仍有同學(xué)表現(xiàn)出色,超出預(yù)想。但大部分同學(xué)聽力明顯較放假前有了退步。開學(xué)后要馬上試聽練耳。

3.各班有效落實自主學(xué)習(xí)的同學(xué)數(shù)量有了明顯提升。第一次自主學(xué)習(xí)時,參與的同學(xué)還是很多的。但到了第二次,參與數(shù)量明顯有了下降,本來想這次會不會繼續(xù)下降呢?但觀察結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)本次認(rèn)真參與的同學(xué)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高過第二次的,甚至超過了第一次認(rèn)真參與的同學(xué)。四、發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么問題?

1.各班都有沒認(rèn)真落實的同學(xué),比如這次六班的劉星宇、李鴻基、楊一凡、劉昊和羅一京幾位同學(xué)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)落實得就不是很好,從本次的測試中他們的成績分別是58,62,75和59,和67,六班的平均分是78分,他們在成績上確實是班里的最后幾名。對于這部分同學(xué),真正要落實的不是知識而是態(tài)度。2.普通班同學(xué)自主學(xué)習(xí)落實效果不理想。女生能有2/3做了,男生認(rèn)真做的同學(xué)也就是1/2。自主學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)目前沒有在這些同學(xué)身上實現(xiàn)。五、今后在自主學(xué)習(xí)的設(shè)計中需要有什么改進?

1.可以在重點題目后加入解析。
