今年我校女工委以縣教育工會(huì)婦委會(huì)工作要點(diǎn)為指南,依法維護(hù)婦女兒童權(quán)益,立足家庭推進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧,做好婦女權(quán)益保障法的學(xué)習(xí)宣傳工作,團(tuán)結(jié)動(dòng)員學(xué)校廣大女教職工為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)而努力,為學(xué)校的發(fā)展和北碚區(qū)的職業(yè)教育事業(yè)作貢獻(xiàn),全面貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀。一、結(jié)合開(kāi)展“爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)學(xué)習(xí)型工會(huì),做學(xué)習(xí)型職工”活動(dòng),在提高教師業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)方面做好下列工作:首先,鼓勵(lì)女教師參加各種提高個(gè)人學(xué)歷層次的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),其次,積極創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)推薦女教師參加各種短期培訓(xùn)班,為在各自的教學(xué)崗位上成為學(xué)科帶頭人奠定知識(shí)基礎(chǔ);其中,女工委主任湯海燕被派往馬來(lái)西亞學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),王潔梅,儲(chǔ)小惠,范從月被送往南通大學(xué)參加引智培訓(xùn);再次,大力開(kāi)展教師業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)大比武活動(dòng),組織年輕女教師參加全校的教學(xué)比武活動(dòng)。要求女教工,增強(qiáng)育人意識(shí),抓住一切機(jī)會(huì)提高崗位技能和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),在管理育人、服務(wù)育人的崗位上爭(zhēng)做貢獻(xiàn)。
二、繼續(xù)深化文明家庭建設(shè),為和諧社會(huì)夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)大力開(kāi)展和諧家庭建設(shè),把和諧家庭建設(shè)作為新時(shí)期文明家庭創(chuàng)建的主題;繼續(xù)開(kāi)展“五好文明家庭”評(píng)選活動(dòng),以此為契機(jī),全面推進(jìn)家庭創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)。引導(dǎo)學(xué)校女教職工和男教職工的家庭以德治家,文明立家,平安保家,節(jié)約持家,和諧興家,形成各具特色的家庭;同時(shí)在全校廣泛開(kāi)展創(chuàng)建節(jié)約型、環(huán)保型家庭的活動(dòng)。增強(qiáng)廣大家庭成員的環(huán)保和節(jié)約意識(shí),為節(jié)約資源,保護(hù)環(huán)境做出貢獻(xiàn)。進(jìn)一步拓展“巾幗建功”活動(dòng)。充分調(diào)動(dòng)和發(fā)揮學(xué)校女教職工的潛能,使廣大女教職工踴躍參與創(chuàng)建“巾幗文明崗”活動(dòng),立足崗位建功、崗位成才,為學(xué)校的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己的聰明才智
三、加大學(xué)習(xí)宣傳力度,切實(shí)維護(hù)婦女兒童合法權(quán)益為依法維護(hù)婦女兒童權(quán)益,按照上級(jí)部門(mén)布置,我校女工委把維權(quán)宣傳納入重點(diǎn)工作,大力宣傳和推動(dòng)實(shí)施新修訂的《婦女權(quán)益保障法》,提高依法維護(hù)婦女權(quán)益的意識(shí),進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)學(xué)校女教職工遵紀(jì)守法、依法維護(hù)自身權(quán)益的能力。同時(shí),結(jié)合上級(jí)工作布置,開(kāi)展以“職工紅絲帶健康行動(dòng)”為主題的相關(guān)活動(dòng);關(guān)注貧困女職工、女家屬、退休女職工等婦女兒童的權(quán)益保護(hù)問(wèn)題,為貧困婦女和失學(xué)兒童辦好事、做實(shí)事、解難事,深入實(shí)施“春蕾計(jì)劃”。四,扎實(shí)服務(wù),科學(xué)管理,促進(jìn)發(fā)展1、三八婦女節(jié)為女工,婦科檢查。
2、對(duì)生病住院和生育的女同志及時(shí)到家中或醫(yī)院里去慰問(wèn),將組織的溫暖送到每個(gè)人的心中。為整歲生日的職工,教師送鮮花,蛋糕。將組織的溫暖送到每個(gè)人的心中。
3、開(kāi)展“愛(ài)校、愛(ài)生、愛(ài)崗、愛(ài)家”主題的研討會(huì),以明確每個(gè)女教工在學(xué)校改革與發(fā)展中所處的地位。與此同時(shí),提高自己處理家庭與工作關(guān)系的能力。
4、對(duì)女教工進(jìn)行有效的心理咨詢,及時(shí)解除工作上、生活上的煩惱,以旺盛的精力投入到日常的工作中去。
5我校女工委結(jié)合學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況,十分注重教學(xué)技能,各教研組舉辦了說(shuō)課,上課,制作課件評(píng)比活動(dòng)。女教師們?cè)诨顒?dòng)中不斷挑戰(zhàn)自我、戰(zhàn)勝自我,從而提高了自身的綜合素質(zhì)。
6我們還重視文化活動(dòng),今年我們舉辦了健身大賽如乒乓球、羽毛球、排球、跳繩和十佳歌手比賽,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了女教師、女職工的熱情,滿足了對(duì)文化健身的需求,組織愛(ài)好文體活動(dòng)的人和學(xué)生們一起參與慶“國(guó)慶”晚會(huì),豐富了校園文化生活
、7動(dòng)員廣大女教師、女職工開(kāi)展捐資助困獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心活動(dòng)。開(kāi)展“扶貧助學(xué)”活動(dòng),號(hào)召女教師、女職工發(fā)揚(yáng)勤儉節(jié)約、奉獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心、助人為樂(lè)的精神,把錢(qián)捐到學(xué)校的扶貧基金,今年全校師生共捐款兩萬(wàn)元,利用扶貧基金為特困生發(fā)放助學(xué)金,減輕他們的負(fù)擔(dān)。
