一個(gè)月時(shí)間就這樣很快的結(jié)束了,回顧自己這月以來的工作,可以說是有很多的地方值得去回憶。作為一名行政助理,我要做的工作有很多,不過我始終覺得說起來也挺小事情的,這些小事都在我不斷的工作中逐漸的去解決,自己的工作能力也得到了很大的提高。社會就是這樣,有很多鍛煉人的地方,我相信自己可以做好,不過這些都是需要自己一直不斷的努力下去,我相信自己會做好的。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心支持和同事們的熱情幫助下,不斷加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),努力提高自身修養(yǎng),認(rèn)真履行崗位職責(zé),較好地完成了各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)?偨Y(jié)起來,主要有以下六個(gè)方面:

一、嚴(yán)以律己,樹立良好形象。嚴(yán)格遵守辦公室的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,時(shí)時(shí)處處以工作為先,大局為重,遇有緊急任務(wù),加班加點(diǎn),毫無怨言。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下達(dá)了指令,會想方設(shè)法去完成。聽從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、服從分配,對于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和辦公室安排的每一份工作,不論大小,都高度重視,總是盡職盡責(zé)、認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地去完成,從不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失、打折扣、講條件。經(jīng)常自省自勵(lì),開展批評與自我批評,嚴(yán)格約束自己的一言一行、一舉一動,樹立起了辦公室工作人員的良好形象。

二、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。虛心的向同事學(xué)習(xí),經(jīng)常利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具和同崗位的同事交流心得,逐步的完善自我。在工作中,時(shí)時(shí)處處以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和優(yōu)秀同事為榜樣,不會的就學(xué),不懂的就問,取人之長,補(bǔ)己之短,始終保持了謙虛謹(jǐn)慎勤奮好學(xué)的積極態(tài)度,綜合能力顯著提高。

三、積極工作,完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。九月份有個(gè)中秋節(jié),對于我們服務(wù)行業(yè)來講,凡是節(jié)假日對我們的營業(yè)都有極大的沖擊力。所以在節(jié)日來臨之前,必須把各項(xiàng)工作的相關(guān)事宜一切準(zhǔn)備妥當(dāng)。按照領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排,認(rèn)真做好各類文件、通知、打印、校對以及傳達(dá)工作;全方位為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)搞好服務(wù),常請示、勤匯報(bào),努力做好參謀助手,為整個(gè)辦公室工作有條不紊的開展發(fā)揮了積極作用。同時(shí),經(jīng)常深入基層調(diào)查研究,了解員工思想動態(tài),為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)決策提供了可靠依據(jù)。四、人事管理方面。相對來講,我們?nèi)耸鹿ぷ鬟存在很大需要改善的地方。這個(gè)月出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的問題就是總公司已經(jīng)下文要做好留人計(jì)劃方案這項(xiàng)工作,即“與員工談話”,可是還沒落實(shí)好,有些部門做了,可是也沒按要求做,由此可見這件事并未引起管理人員的高度重視,員工思想我們都沒了解好,我們談何留人。這幾個(gè)月基本上是新進(jìn)與離職的人員不相上下,本月是離職人數(shù)大于新進(jìn)。從這里面可以看出做了解員工思想工作的重要性。其中這工作沒完成有極大方面的原因是我沒做好督查工作,這是我工作失職的表現(xiàn)。這件事體現(xiàn)了我的執(zhí)行力不夠強(qiáng),在以后的工作中我要加強(qiáng)這方面的能力。

五、加強(qiáng)注重細(xì)節(jié)工作態(tài)度,加強(qiáng)語言功底,消除緊張心理。文員工作,細(xì)心極其的關(guān)鍵。比如下一份文,我也會琢磨,可是會因?yàn)榫o張讓大腦產(chǎn)生短路,這種表現(xiàn)就像潘總說的一句話是缺乏運(yùn)籌帷幄的處事能力,急了就亂了。不過她說這種能力也與經(jīng)驗(yàn)有關(guān),經(jīng)歷多了,自然也會有所提高的。

六、個(gè)人方面的事情。這個(gè)月我的激情感覺不是很高漲。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)吩咐做的事情,也做了,和同事們相處感覺也挺好的,覺得跟他們比以前都更熟了。可是我卻發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在待人接物方面沒有了剛開始的那種耐性,見面我也笑呵呵的,可是我自己覺得有點(diǎn)假了。我找過原因,可能真的是因?yàn)閺膶W(xué)校出來工作這個(gè)過渡期做得不夠好,產(chǎn)生了工作疲憊綜合癥。我總有自己還是個(gè)孩子的感覺,有很多事情是關(guān)乎到人情世故的東西,我覺得處理這些事情很累,也不懂得怎么樣才能做好,真的很困惑,以致越來越?jīng)]激情。

工作中雖然取得了一定成績,但仍然存在著一些問題和不足,今后,我要一如既往地向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)、克服不足,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),積極進(jìn)取,力爭使自己的專業(yè)素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)水平在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)再上新臺階,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會飛速發(fā)展的需要,從而更好地完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。下一步,重點(diǎn)搞好以下幾方面工作:

一、強(qiáng)化服務(wù)意識,增強(qiáng)責(zé)任感、壓力感,提高工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。

二、抽出時(shí)間,深入調(diào)查研究,努力掌握第一手資料,為更好地為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)服務(wù)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。三、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)。堅(jiān)持謙虛謹(jǐn)慎,不驕不躁的工作作風(fēng),發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)結(jié)他人、謙虛學(xué)習(xí)的精神,虛心向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí),向辦公室同事學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高自身素養(yǎng)。

在未來的時(shí)間里,我一定再接再勵(lì),甘為人梯,做好后勤工作,讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其它員工踏踏實(shí)實(shí)安安心心的奮斗在自己的崗位上,F(xiàn)在我的工作對我來說,我自己感到還是十分的滿意的,所以我會繼續(xù)在我的工作上努力下去,我堅(jiān)信自己可以做好。當(dāng)然很多的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況下,我有很多的事情要做。不過忙碌的生活也是很正常的,我堅(jiān)信在以后的道路上,我會走的更好!
