今年上學(xué)期我擔(dān)任三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)課的教學(xué),本班有學(xué)生22名,11名男生11名女生,有如下經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。

教學(xué)內(nèi)容大致分五部分:(一)warm-up;(二)practice;(三)simonsays;(四)production;(五)summary。

每周有三節(jié)課,每節(jié)40分鐘,每課做的事情主要有以下幾種情況:聽(tīng)單詞和課文的錄音,講解分析,課文翻譯,誦讀,配套練習(xí)冊(cè),同步基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,單元測(cè)試卷,智力開(kāi)發(fā)報(bào)。

由學(xué)生自愿報(bào)名,選出七名課代表,分別負(fù)責(zé)英語(yǔ)作業(yè)、英語(yǔ)練習(xí)、同步訓(xùn)練、配套練習(xí)、英文字帖、教學(xué)用具、英語(yǔ)智力報(bào)。前四名課代表負(fù)責(zé)把每次的作業(yè)收齊后送給教師以便及時(shí)批閱,之后,再負(fù)責(zé)督促出錯(cuò)的學(xué)生改正。英語(yǔ)作業(yè)分AB兩本,輪流寫(xiě),以備老師沒(méi)時(shí)間批閱也不會(huì)影響學(xué)生做作業(yè)。教師指導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)字帖的學(xué)生選出書(shū)寫(xiě)漂亮的幾名學(xué)生,每人寫(xiě)一頁(yè)手稿,內(nèi)容為26個(gè)大小寫(xiě)字母及每課課文,將樣本貼在教室后墻上,供全體學(xué)生欣賞,模仿。由于全班只有一份報(bào)紙,所以負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)紙的學(xué)生每次從老師那里領(lǐng)一期保管,等全體學(xué)生看完后再換下一期。負(fù)責(zé)教具的學(xué)生組織發(fā)動(dòng)全班學(xué)生做教具,可采用試卷的白底封面、舊日歷、化妝品盒、牙膏盒等,制作出26個(gè)字母的大小寫(xiě)、大明玲玲等人物、貓狗龍等動(dòng)物或單詞的卡片,把美術(shù)融入到教學(xué)中。

獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方法是這樣的。每個(gè)課代表負(fù)責(zé)一張寫(xiě)有全體學(xué)生姓名的表格,張貼于教室的后墻上,當(dāng)某名學(xué)生做完一定的練習(xí)后在其名字后畫(huà)一個(gè)星星,每三個(gè)星星獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)一張教參上的帖畫(huà)。集齊五張?zhí)?huà)后進(jìn)行一次“分蘋(píng)果”活動(dòng),即把一個(gè)大蘋(píng)果分成幾塊,受獎(jiǎng)的學(xué)生每人一塊,當(dāng)眾吃完。

教學(xué)每課內(nèi)容時(shí)都穿插游戲。例如:學(xué)第一二課時(shí)準(zhǔn)備一些姓名卡片,由兩名學(xué)生隨機(jī)抽取,練習(xí)“hello、goodbye”和“What"syourname?”的語(yǔ)句;第四課時(shí)準(zhǔn)備一些彩色卡紙;第五課由學(xué)生做報(bào)數(shù)游戲比賽;第六課做“失物招領(lǐng)”游戲,練習(xí)“what"sthis/that?”。第七、八課準(zhǔn)備一些門(mén)、窗、狗、貓、各種顏色等的圖片;學(xué)習(xí)第八課時(shí)準(zhǔn)備各種顏色的塑料袋;第九課時(shí)由每位學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備一幅家庭成員相冊(cè),并做一張家庭成員及職業(yè)表格,介紹自己的家人以及他們的職業(yè)。學(xué)習(xí)第十課時(shí)準(zhǔn)備兩個(gè)漂亮的玩具娃娃,我用的是老鼠妹妹和白兔弟弟。記單詞游戲。把26個(gè)字母抄在教材封面上,這樣學(xué)生每次打開(kāi)課本都能看到。將黑板分成三部分,每部分十個(gè)單詞,挑選五名學(xué)生,老師讀到哪個(gè)單詞,學(xué)生迅速站在黑板上標(biāo)有這個(gè)單詞的附近。游戲二,聽(tīng)單詞作動(dòng)作。老師讀單詞,學(xué)生做出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。游戲三男女生分兩排站好,進(jìn)行開(kāi)火車讀單詞,讀的快的一組為勝出。游戲四,學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)字時(shí),進(jìn)行報(bào)數(shù)比賽。最后復(fù)習(xí)時(shí),把黑板上抄滿本冊(cè)的所有單詞,教師隨意指一個(gè),讓學(xué)生依次回答漢語(yǔ)意思。

增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)技能。例如讀課文的形式多種多樣:分角色讀,男女生分組讀,按座次表位置讀等。

注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。除了教材中的英文歌外再搜集一些經(jīng)典英文歌曲《yesterdayoncemore》《sayyousayme》等。

在學(xué)期末給每個(gè)學(xué)生寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ),總結(jié)這個(gè)學(xué)期他的表現(xiàn),還有假期作業(yè)。我用的是一張白紙,在上面畫(huà)上漂亮的花邊,涂上彩色,讓學(xué)生愛(ài)不釋手。
