初三適應(yīng)性考試總結(jié)

各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，老師：

大家下午好！在這里我主要講三個方面的內(nèi)容。

首先就是第一次模擬考試的總體情況，總的來說這次中考適應(yīng)性考試，試題難易

適中，閱卷相當公平，學(xué)生基本上發(fā)揮出了應(yīng)有的水平，但整體成績與兄弟學(xué)校還有不小的差距，我們面臨著的壓力也很大。另外答題卡的書寫很多同學(xué)注意得不夠，如有的同學(xué)沒有按規(guī)定涂寫選擇題；有的同學(xué)答題書寫不規(guī)范，字跡潦草，無法辯認；還有的同學(xué)的版式不美觀，使成績受到影響甚至還有同學(xué)將準考證號秒錯等等，從這一次模擬考試的成績來

看，情況并不是很理想，前20名的同學(xué)，在500分以上13人，其中600分以上1人，570-599分11人，500-570分11人。從這20名學(xué)生的成績中，部分學(xué)生科目發(fā)展很不均衡，有偏科的現(xiàn)象。第6名已有2門不及格科目，因此還需要辛苦我們在座的各位老師在較弱的科目下功夫進行彌補。1下面我對前10名學(xué)生分析一下。2各班成績排名

第二個內(nèi)容就是對開學(xué)以來初三級的教育教學(xué)工作回顧：

從這學(xué)期一開學(xué)，學(xué)校就非常重視初三年級的各項教育教學(xué)工作，給了大量的支持、指導(dǎo)和幫助。從平時學(xué)校的督促檢查情況來看，咱們初三年級的各位老師對自己的工作抓得比較緊，總體情況是良好的。全體任課老師都一心投入到工作上，勤勤懇懇，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，體現(xiàn)了較高的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。

教學(xué)上:從教學(xué)常規(guī)情況來看，大家備課比較認真，作業(yè)的批改也比較及時，老師們每節(jié)課都能較好地完成當堂課的教學(xué)任務(wù)，不足的是：包括我自己，：

1、有的課容量比較小，中考滲透不夠。

2、課堂講課時學(xué)法指導(dǎo)少，學(xué)生活動少。

3、個別老師課堂上不能激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，與學(xué)生溝通交流少。4、有些班有些科目的課堂秩序還有些亂。老師的課講的不錯，但由于課堂紀律不是很好，學(xué)生真正聽進去了多少，可想而知。因此，要想每節(jié)課學(xué)生都有收獲，任課老師在教學(xué)和課堂管理上都要下功夫，對違反課堂紀律的學(xué)生要敢說敢管，確保良好的課堂秩序，這樣才能提高自己課堂的教學(xué)實效。

5臨近中考，請我們老師一定要丁的再緊一點，學(xué)生做的試卷老師先做，并請大家做到認真批改。特別是對讀高中的學(xué)生要更關(guān)注。班級管理方面：我們初三早讀從5點40開始，班主任老師都能按時來校進班，督促學(xué)生打掃衛(wèi)生、進行早讀。課間操、自習(xí)課，班主任老師都能按時到班督促學(xué)生。所以，至今為止，初三年級整體情況不錯，學(xué)習(xí)風氣比較好。但也還存在著一些不足,主要表現(xiàn)在：

1、個別班紀律不穩(wěn)定，有時班主任老師跟緊了，好一些，班主任老師不在時，紀律就比較亂；還有個別班級就是老師在教室，教室里的紀律也不好，學(xué)生自我管理比較差。

2、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)抓得不緊，學(xué)習(xí)主動性差，還有的不能按時完成作業(yè)，有的學(xué)生厭學(xué)情緒嚴重，無所謂態(tài)度嚴重。主動問問題的學(xué)生少；學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法較死板；學(xué)生不會合理安排時間，不能有效學(xué)習(xí)；課后不復(fù)習(xí)；運用知識不夠靈活；缺乏主動性，對老師的講解分析不加重視；學(xué)生對難題缺乏信心和攻堅精神；學(xué)生缺乏運用基礎(chǔ)知識進行自主學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新的能力。

3、班級兩極分化嚴重，導(dǎo)致老師上課兩頭不能兼顧。4

幾點要求

1、班主任老師繼續(xù)做好班級管理工作,形成良好的班風、學(xué)風。班級管理到位，班風就好，學(xué)風就濃，學(xué)生積累的知識就多；反之，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)就會受到很大影響。因此，我們希望各位班主任老師一定要多與學(xué)生溝通交流，調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性，多鼓勵差生，做到全班共同進步。

2任課教師，最后20天，要多考多批改，不斷提高學(xué)生應(yīng)試能力與考試技巧。3備課組加強集體備課，多出一些高質(zhì)量的試卷，群策群力搞好最后復(fù)習(xí)工作。

4對一些已經(jīng)交費讀職中的學(xué)生也不能放松要求，不能讓其認為反正讀職中學(xué)不學(xué)就無所謂了。

還有15天的上課時間，在經(jīng)過這半個月大家的共同努力我相信勝利一定是屬于我們的！
