201*年至今，我一直都在儲蓄出納崗位工作，始終本著對工作認(rèn)真的態(tài)度和高度的責(zé)任心，刻苦鉆研，認(rèn)真提高政治思想覺悟，堅決執(zhí)行國家有關(guān)的金融政策和法規(guī)，積極學(xué)習(xí)各項業(yè)務(wù)知識，熟悉正確及時地辦理各項業(yè)務(wù)，我院校食堂以規(guī)范服務(wù)，優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)為核心，我作為續(xù)卡員每天續(xù)卡人數(shù)上千人次，工作量較大，但是對學(xué)生教師的詢問，都能做較好解答，能做到優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。今年幾次由于系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定，我也積極配合食堂做處理，我知道不能耽誤學(xué)校的正常用餐時間，以免造成不必要的損失。

因此，我深刻地體會到此崗位的重要性和責(zé)任性，就是要堅決按照崗位職責(zé)嚴(yán)格要求自己，照章辦事，加強監(jiān)督，保證資金和財產(chǎn)的安全，恪守信用，誠實服務(wù)，自覺遵守各種規(guī)章制度，對學(xué)生誠心、熱心、細心、耐心，維護學(xué)生的正當(dāng)利益，實、準(zhǔn)確、合法后才能輸入電腦。每天以高度的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神工作，除了要加強自己的理論素質(zhì)和專業(yè)水平外，作為儲蓄出納崗位的一線員工，我們更應(yīng)該加強自己的業(yè)務(wù)技能水平，這樣我們才能在工作中得心應(yīng)手，更好的為廣大教工和學(xué)生提供方便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確的服務(wù)。因此，我經(jīng)常利用下班后和業(yè)余時間在支行里刻苦學(xué)習(xí)，勤練技能，終于功夫不負(fù)有心人，在支行的每次技能測試中都能名列前茅。

新年新氣象，我仍然會不斷的努力，為**事業(yè)發(fā)出一份光，一份熱！我由衷的相信，樹立“愛**、做主人、盡責(zé)任“的理念，弘揚“艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新圖強“的企業(yè)精神，認(rèn)真履行“三個一流“的宗旨，**銀行一定能在新的一年里取得新的勝利！
