本學年我擔任的是初三1--4四個教學班的化學教學工作。中學化學教學是化學教育的啟蒙和基礎階段。它不僅要為學生升入高一級學校學習有關專業(yè)奠定基礎,也得為畢業(yè)生參加工作解決處理一些實際問題打下基礎;瘜W放在初三開設是因為要求學生必須具備一定的知識基礎和學習能力,我面臨的問題是課時少、任務多、相當一部分學生學習基礎不強、學習情緒不高,有一定的畏難、依賴心理。為了更好地完成本學期的教學任務,我制定并在實際教學中及時根據(jù)情況進行有效調(diào)整,現(xiàn)將一學期的工作總結如下。

一、激發(fā)和保持學生學習化學的興趣。

學生剛接觸化學時,對化學都很有興趣,尤其對化學實驗更感到有意思。但當發(fā)現(xiàn)學化學需要記憶的知識繁雜,尤其學到化學用語、基本概念時,常會感到抽象難懂、枯燥乏味,往往會把化學視為“第二外語”,認為化學是一門難學的學科,對化學逐漸失去興趣。為此我就對學生進行了化學史教育,講一些化學家不畏困難危險探索化學奧秘的軼事;講中國古代的偉大成就和近代的落后,講中國的崛起也需要化學,多數(shù)學生都能感到學好化學知識重要。

初中化學需記憶的知識是比較多、比較繁雜,時間又十分緊張,因此我從第一節(jié)課時就將化學的特點告訴學生,提醒他們注意巧記的一些方法。教學中將每一節(jié)課的主要內(nèi)容濃縮成幾句順口溜,幫助學生快速理解記憶。例如:實驗室制氧氣的兩種方法:高錳酸鉀制氧氣,固固加熱的裝置,集氣首選排水法,向上排空也可以,操作步驟7個字,”查裝定點收離熄”。

“過氧化氫制氧氣,固液不加熱的裝置。常溫可行節(jié)能源,操作安全又簡單:“查裝定收”只4字!

再比如:學生對分子原子離子較難理解,我將之歸納為“構成物質(zhì)有三子,分子、原子、和離子,其中原子是根本,3條路徑構物質(zhì)。”“金屬單質(zhì)、固態(tài)非金屬單質(zhì),稀有氣體這3類,都由原子直接構。”“非金屬原子先組合,構成分子種類多,多數(shù)物質(zhì)分子構:雙原子分子單質(zhì),非、非組成的化合物”等等。

二、開發(fā)和發(fā)揮化學實驗的作用

初中學生的學習積極性更多地依賴于興趣,形象識記能力超過抽象識記能力,在教學中我常借助圖片、模型等手段進行直觀教學,在課堂教學中,我認真組織好實驗教學,在演示實驗中,引導學生學會觀察實驗現(xiàn)象,學會在實驗中觀察和思考,引導學生了解現(xiàn)象與物質(zhì)的本質(zhì)及其變化的規(guī)律;結合教材內(nèi)容,組織學生進行相關的實驗探究,例如,本學期我開的組內(nèi)公開課“探究氧氣的制取方法、氧氣的化學性質(zhì)”學生動腦、動手,氣氛嚴肅活潑,取得較好的效果;平時鼓勵學生利用生活中能得到的各種材料進行小實驗。

三、精講精練,努力提高教學效率

教學中我緊扣課標要求、考試說明,利用教材內(nèi)容,面向全體學生,創(chuàng)造情境,設疑破難。教學中總是提醒學生學法-----“念”和“練”,這是鞏固知識的途徑。精心設計一些針對性較強的問題,引導學生分析研究這些問題,讓他們動手練習或口頭表達練習以達到掌握知識舉一反三的目的。例如學完煉鐵的原理是還原時,我讓學生書寫出換一種還原劑氫氣或炭粉還原氧化鐵、氫氣還原氧化銅的化學方程式,進而明確異同點,進一步復習鞏固了氧化還原反應等。

四、盡力做好單元復習工作

初中化學知識內(nèi)容繁雜,涉及到幾十種元素及化合物和數(shù)量眾多的化學方程式,所以要抓住這些知識的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,區(qū)別異同,歸納對比,幫助學生形成知識體系,是提高化學成績的途徑之一。我在教學中力求每章節(jié)過關,做好每個階段的復習工作,每一章都幫助學生進行歸納,打印相應的過關復習作業(yè),讓學生學有所依、學有所獲;練習題、測試題都精心選擇,量質(zhì)合理。對于學生作業(yè)基本上做到全收和及時批改,在作業(yè)上針對個人提出要求和意見。平時就注意培優(yōu)補差,對學有余力的學生,增大課外作業(yè)的容量,加大難度,在適應中考題的同時多接觸競賽題;對接受能力較差學生,做到耐心細致、百問不厭,利用課外時間給他們輔導。

五、不足與反思。

今年由于春節(jié)時間較早,學生接受能力出乎意料,使得后期教學出現(xiàn)趕進度的情況。與學生的接觸時間不夠多,與學生進行交流的時間和渠道相對較少。今后的教學中,要多和學生接觸溝通,學習站在他們的水平思考,對學生充滿信心和信任,相信通過師生的共同努力,能取得較好的成績,

本學期,本人擔任初三(1)、(2)班的英語教學工作,能夠愛崗敬業(yè),勤勤懇懇地工作。一個學期來,主要做了以下的工作

一、抓好學生的學習思想,提高學生的學習質(zhì)量

1、以教書育人為本,對學生進行品德的學習教育,特別是后進生,關心他們的紀律和學習情況,鼓勵他們的學習。

2、貫徹學校班風、學風評比的要求,全面促進學生的學態(tài)發(fā)展。重視學生的思想工作、學習風氣的培養(yǎng)、學習方法的指導以及學習習慣的養(yǎng)成。

二、按照教學常規(guī)五個環(huán)節(jié)開展教學工作。

備課:課前認真地備好每一節(jié)課,寫好教案。既備教材,又備學生,針對學生分析、概括、表達能力差的特點,設計好教學方法。譬如:(1)班的同學比較活躍,上課氣氛積極,相對(2)班有一定的中等生數(shù)量,但因班級的調(diào)整也出現(xiàn)了為數(shù)不少的差生。而(2)班的同學比較沉靜,雖然中上生有一部分,但差生比例較大,尤其偏向男生。因此,講得太深,就照顧不到整體。我在備課時就比較注意這種情況,每天都花費大量的時間在備課上,認認真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的。一堂準備充分的課,會令學生和老師都獲益不淺。另外,為使教學生動,不沉悶,我還自己準備了大量的教具,或是請學生共同準備,使其達到了間接的預習效果。上課:每天都保持飽滿的精神,讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛,認真做好組織教學,盡可能保證上課內(nèi)容豐富,現(xiàn)實,教態(tài)自然,講課生動,難易適中照顧全部,并且充分調(diào)動學生的學習積極性,設法令學生投入,不讓其分心,讓學生多動手,多動口、,多動腦,讓課堂氣氛活躍起來,充分調(diào)動學生的主觀能動性,力圖讓學生學有所得,學有所樂。作業(yè)和輔導:作業(yè)的布置適量,有針對性,重點放在遣詞造句、閱讀理解等;批改作業(yè)時多用贊美式、鼓勵性的語言予以評價。對學生的輔導方面,做到有耐心,有方法,因材施教,個別無心向?qū)W的學生,經(jīng)過一個學期的耐心教育,學習興趣明顯提高,成績也有較大的進步。

三、模塊式教學

在教學過程中,將英語分成聽、說、讀、寫幾方面進行教學1、聽:平時放錄音,讓學生跟錄音讀,訓練學生的聽力,并且指導學生運用正確的聽力技巧進行訓練,還找一些專題訓練,進一步提高學生的聽力。此外,還鼓勵學生收看較能接受的英語電視節(jié)目、影片,或者多聽聽英文歌甚至學唱英文歌。2、說:充分利用早讀,按課程進度及課堂的需要,認真安排每天早讀負責帶讀的學生及指導帶讀內(nèi)容,堅持下班了解早讀情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正。鼓勵學生大膽且大聲讀書,多說英語;課堂上,訓練學生的口語能力提高學生的學習興趣;課后,分層次布置一定量的口語作業(yè),使其進行更有效的口語操練。3、讀:讀方面主要是提高學生的閱讀能力,先教會學生怎樣做這些題目,即教授閱讀技巧。平時每周以每個話題為內(nèi)容發(fā)一份試題,作為專門訓練。并建議及指導基礎較好的學生進行定時定量的閱讀訓練。4、寫:作文教學主要傳授寫作方法,要求學生應寫真情實感的東西,強調(diào)字數(shù)和書寫這些硬件要求。平時提倡學生利用時間用英語寫一些簡短的日記,以此夯實自己正確拼寫單詞,準確使用詞組、短語來造句表文的基本功,從而提高其綜合運用知識的能力、寫:作文教學主要傳授寫作方法,要求學生應寫真情實感的東西,強調(diào)字數(shù)和書寫這些硬件要求。平時提倡學生利用時間用英語寫一些簡短的日記,以此夯實自己正確拼寫單詞,準確使用詞組、短語來造句表文的基本功,從而提高其綜合運用知識的能力。

四、其他方面

1、把握教學進度,合理安排時間,與各科任老師互相配合,統(tǒng)一教學法進度,順利完成了本期的教學任務。積極配合學校及年段的工作,與各科教師多聯(lián)系,溝通,互相促進學生英語等各科的學習。

2、認真輔導、組織學生參加了本學期學校舉行的英語競賽活動,并且取得了良好成績。
